3. Third-Party Data (Members Lists)

If you upload a “Members List” containing personal data (such as names or emails) of other individuals, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to share their data with ESIS for registration and membership purposes. ESIS will treat this third-party data with the same strict confidentiality and security measures as your direct data.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process your subscription: To register you or your organization as a member of ESIS (Legal basis: Performance of a contract).

  • To process payments: We securely redirect you to PayPal to complete your subscription payment (Legal basis: Performance of a contract).

  • To communicate with you: To send you confirmation emails, membership updates, and respond to your inquiries (Legal basis: Legitimate interest).

  • To comply with legal obligations: For accounting, tax, and administrative purposes (Legal basis: Legal obligation).
